I've created an elbow pad that is honed in the middle so that the deepest part of the pad is in the middle and it is 1/2 inch deep. As you slide your elbow to the edge of the pad your elbow travels up to the full 2" height. The material covering the elbow pad always stays tight so that it follows the elbow. It works great.
The problem is that people will still lift their elbow off the pad no matter what you do to modify the elbow pad. So changing the rules is the only option if we are going to allow the elbows to lift.

2016?? I must have missed the legislation where this is stated. Could somebody point me in the right direction?? I was under the impression that the executive, director's and officers were governed by a 2 year term. My apologies for the miscommunication.

This was passed about 3-4 years ago. That elections would be every 3 years.

I like Fred Roy and all, but where the hell is he on these topics??? Hats off to Rick for trying to keep up with all of this. Joey no offense, but all you seem to be doing is kicking the hornets nest.

Joey - Are you saying that Tracey Arnold wants to host the Nationals in Manitoba in 2016? I'm confused...
Jay - The CAWF Exec used to be elected every two years. In 2010, an election year, it was decided it would make more sense to move to a three-year cycle because prior to this the elections were always held when Nationals were in the west (possibly leading to some bias). So there was an election this year in Timmins and the next one will be in 2016. Because the CAWF Annual General Meeting don't get posted online, it's hard for someone who's not there to be aware of these details.

Ontario elections are still held on a two-year cycle, with elections in odd-numbered years.

Thanks Eric for the clarification. I really appreciate all you have done and STILL continue to do for us.
