Nice pics! On the towel over knuckles roll are you doing a hammer curl type movement with them or a movement thats more like the brach rack with the weights to the side? Keep up the good work!

I love the rope! ;D It looks like the little guy wants to climb! Curtis, do you have a 12 pound sledge? They are awesome for front levers and doing the same twisting motion, that you do with the towel. Just grasp the handle part way back from the head, place your forearm on your thigh, so that your wrist is off the end of your knee and twist from horizontal left, to horizontal right. I have a 12 pounder, that I have wrapped with white hockey tape and marked each inch with a sharpie. As I lever and get stronger, I move back another inch on the handle. It has greatly increased my biceps and back workouts. I need to find a 20 pounder now and work up to that!

yes i do lots of sledge hammer but the 8 pounds one, from almost the bottom lots of rotation

Curtis thanks for the esplanation on the towel over knuckles lift. I usually keep the towel over the front of my hand instead of over the back of my hand to hit more of a hammer curl motion but Ill definitely try both.

What type of gripper set-up do you use?
