Absolutely! Especially if we will be switching to fewer, but larger classes.

I don't understand how this will save money... Rick can you elaborate on this?

Fewer classes save money. Making the classes more interesting and competitive brings out more pullers.

More pulling is always better for us. Especially at Nats where you spend a grand on a weekend to hopefully not go 2 and out.

It always makes for some interesting matchups as well that you may not get to see in double elim. I have come many a time from the C side to place in the finals. I am waiting for someone to point out that it is not WAF way of doing things, and my answer is whatever way we go, with weight classes, format whatever, they dont give a rats pootootey what we do over here as long as we submit our monies and register correctly. If you want to draw more pullers, we need to create more pulling!! Triple elim helps give a better, not perfect, but better ranking of pullers as well.

Never pulled in triple elim tournament but fewer weight classes are the way to go. It's getting ridiculous to crown 36 national champs and 57 if you count masters/grand masters.

Less weight classes and more pulling sounds great to me.

Again I can't stress enough to contact your Provincial President to vote for this.
