I dropped from 290Lbs to 246Lbs within a year with hydroxycut hardcore, changing my diet and keeping consistant in my training. Good luck with your goals.

I went from 213lbs down to 175lbs in under 6 months in 2006 just eating ground beef rice and broccoli... I was trying to make 187lbs but overshot it and ended up weighing in a weight class lighter to my surprise. I've been fluctuating between 195-205ish since then. Just recently I decided I'm gonna drop a pile of weight, cause I got a discount on some thermo's from work... Xistence supplements, Bruni Surins line from montreal. the fat burner iis called X-Thermo... This is the first time I have ever used an ephedrine free fat burner and I'm a little surprised that it actually does anything. but its working, i'm already down 13lbs... so now I'm trying to get back up to 198 for provincials this weekend

i dont know curtis i definatly prefure GNC over oll pop eyes Popeyes is cheap but then you have to deal with those goofy 'bodybuilding' guys that want to sell you NOexplode, talk about wicked pumps, and 'super strict' concentration curls... Nutrition Plus is even cheaper than popeyes (in Winnipeg) GNC can be a ripoff for most stuff unless there's a ridculously good sale... even with a "gold card" you still pay the same price you would elsewhere, and you don't need to buy a card.

Honeybee Health Foods is best... but then you have to live in (or be near) Portage.

Did you just make a huge batch and just eat it for 3 meals a day? Did you limit quantities?

Hey Curtis, does your Lipo 6 weight reducer have yohimbine in the ingredients?

"Hot-Rox" by Biotest or "LipexII" by NSN. Illegal in canada because of the yohimbine are available at popeyes if you happen to be in the store within days of them coming in. These 2 work really good but are tough to get.
