how much creatine would you recommend taking for each pound of body weight?? Creatine is one of those products that you should really stick to the recommended dosage on the container.

Recommended doses are 2-5 grams for someone who weighs 150Lbs - 200Lbs(stick with the label if unsure). A good mix of creatine would include monohydrate, malate, ethyl ester and alpha-ketogluterate. Take immediately pre and post workout. Remember that creatine floods your muscles with water which helps you lift more weight or squeeze out that extra rep or two. Creatine is made up of three aminos arginine, glycine and methionine. Make sure to keep yourself well hydrated while taking creatine, no H20 no growth. I use creatine with L-arginine (NO) which shuttles the creatine faster into the muscle cells. Most Pre workout supplements will have some sort of creatine in them, a couple of great products are BSN's NO Explode or Muscltech Hardcore Nano Vapor and for Post workout Muscle Asylums Anabolic OD, BSN's Cellmass or Muscletechs Halo which are all found at your local Popeyes or GNC. Also Muscle Asylum Projetcs has Freak Fix which is a whey protein that has creatine in it or Muscletech Hardcore Nitro Tech, these are both exceptional for Pre and Post workout. All these items are a little expensive but I can asure you they all work. I hope this helps.

Tee Hee, Thanks ;D Well, The best part about the pill forms of creatine (Best option out there in my opinion as it won't bloat you with a lot of extra water weight) is that you don't really have to go on a loading phase which is very nice. I haven't taken the powder form of creatine since the highly effective Pill forms came out like PURPLE K (found at POPEYES) and Kre-Alkalyn (Found at GNC). Any good creatine product will have details on the bottle about the loading dosages you should take and for how long. Beware with creatine though, Taking to much creatine (more than recommended dosage) and not enough water can have some bad side effects (Stomach cramping, upset stomach, dizziness and worse) Even with recommended dosages you still need to always make sure you are taking in lots of water, especially on the powdered forms of creatine.

I have found this very very interesting. I am a mesomorph. I eat healthy with of course the occasional indlugence. I start my day with a whey protien shake mixed with skim milk, complimented with vitamin supplements. You just taught me that I should add glucosomine to this. But my question lies in fat burners. I'm kinda scared to be taking the wrong ones. I currently have a great work out plan & would like to add the right fat burner. My goal is to drop 10-15lbs with the help of a fat burner and my current healty lifestyle and keep the weight off by continuing a healthy active lifestyle. What fat burner would help me do this?

Vegetables and green tee are the cheepest. Best supplement is Muscle techs hydroxycut hardcore but I recommend checking with your doctor first, as with any sports supplement, as this stuff makes your heart race.

I also found Hydroxycut Hardcores very potent but they seemed to bug my stomach a lot. LIPO 6 work the very best for me and I have managed to get from 246.5Lbs down to 198 Lbs with the use of them and training and doing cardio. LIPO 6's never seem to bug my stomach and they definitely work for me.
