SAT 02 JUL 11 Back day today.Lat Pulldowns (One Arm)1 sets of 3 reps @ 130 pounds. 1 sets of 3 reps @ 180 pounds. 5 sets of 3 reps @ 230 pounds. Just a bit heavy. **Rest was 3 minutes between sets.**Dumbell Rows5 sets of 3 reps @ 255 pounds. Super easy today. ;D **Rest was 3 minutes between sets.**It's been 2 months off Back, so I took it easy on reps and sets. No Shrugs today for the same reason.
