I might not post my gym workouts as they are pretty standard... other than the arm component which I will post. All my armwrestling stuff I will post. You will notice that I skip a lot of stuff with my left... still waiting on an MRI. There is a bone out of place and a possible ruptured ligament. Here are pics of some of the equipment / exercises I will mention. Hammer Curl Bar EZ Curl Bar Brach Rack Pulley Table Crusher Finger Blaster Rolling Thunder Block Pinch Hub Pinch Wrist Hammer

Ryan,
Good looking workout. Are the barbell hammer curls full range or 3/4's? Looking forward to reading your log!

I'm still unaware as to how to do Finger blaster exercise. I can see how the machine works but can't figure out how you do them. Do you hook just your thumb around that topmost black bar and use the rest of the fingers to pullup on t the blue piece that's attached to the weight?

When you do it with one hand you are kind of standing beside it with your palm facing your thigh.
When doing these two handed you face the machine and your palms are facing you.
Don't let some of the weights I am doing mislead you. Sometimes it is the nature of the exercise that makes it hard... not how much weight you are using. With some of the exercises like pulley table a 5lb jump makes the exercise seem impossible all of the sudden as the pulley table I have is stiff and the apparatus holding the weight is quite heavy already.

Ok, Thanks for explaining that. I thought you were using alot of weight for those exercises Look at how much I Brach Rack compared to how yours is loaded up. Jeesh.
