Today is going to be a real beeeotch... I am skipping my regular Monday workout simply because I will not have time. I am working 16 hours today. I will make up for it tomorrow with a good gym workout in Winnipeg then practice.

Practice yesterday was good... I let Perry hit into my arm about 100 times, right arm only of course. Iced when I got home and am pretty much pain free today.
Back in the gym Thursday.

You Bastards. I've only really been doing the sport since Life Fit Fest in Sep 2006. So I have a whole 6 months experience under my belt. I'm interested to see how that stacks up. PLus I would not miss the chance to be part of that tournament. Glad to hear you arms are feeling good after practice Ryan. Soon you will be right back at the top of the ranks where you belong.

It sounds like you are making excuses already Curtis. Not at all Ryan. I'm preparing for this war as we speak. However, I would NEVER underestimate anybody that trains with you.

Make sure you've got good guns to take on Perry's canons! This is scary actually! Ryan the tank, Perry the canon and Curtis the gun! World War!!!
