Has anyone else used these for thier carryover to pulling? I think these have helped a ton and I alternate these and rope pullups. I think I got the original idea from Devon Larratt so if he reads this maybe he will add to it. I also use it for wrist curls and deadlifts and all help with my strength on the table. So to sum it up has anyone else done rolling thunder pullups or the other lifts with it and what did you think?

Ryan,
Have you been doing yours standing? I love wrist curls with my rolling thunder from a standing position. I actually like this lift better then conventional wrist curls . . .

I am not sure how anybody can do them on their knees. I do behind the back wrist curls with a two inch bar. But I have experimented with the rolling thunder handle... but i loathe plastic!!!

I have experimented with the rolling thunder handle... but i loathe plastic!!! Why is that? The RT Handle is more than strong enough despite having plastic as the outer sleeve.

Here is a better description Austin. I lean over and have the weight kind of in front of me. I keep my hand perpendicular to my body with my forarm on a very slight angle to the floor. I keep my thumb wrapped. Right now I am using around 90 lbs for this and getting into the teens for reps. I am also using a slight hold at the top of the movement.
