Klash- you don't need to buy a rolling thunder, if you have access to olympic barbells. Just stack a couple of plates on one end, and grip the big end outside the plates, and do your deadlifts/static holds/rows. The outside end of the bar (where you put the plates) is thick and rotates out of your hand, thru the fingers. It emulates the Rolling Thunder mechanics, if you don't have the scratch to buy one at the moment (like myself) . I just started doing them- The mighty Devon showed me that... also, has anyone tried towel chinups? I just tried, and it was a humbling experience. Thanks Jeff, It just so happens that I don't have alot of $$ right now. Got hit by a rather large surprise bill that I have to pay off. Thanks for the tip, I will definetly give it a shot after my 2 week rest here. I have done towel chinups and I really like the resemblance of the movement to armwrestling movements. Yes, I do find them rather humbling .
