those arms look pretty bad,bigger doesnt aways mean stronger you can take suppliments like creatine which allow you to gain more muscle mass faster without improving your strength any faster.well atleast thats what i found anyways.correct me if im wrong about creatine

I would love to practice with someone like your friend. If he is really that good, you have the opportunity to train to beat him. It may take a year or so even, but when you finally get there think about how that will transfer to the table for matches. I find people get discouraged when they have someone in which they feel they can't dominate. The challenge is improving and training and then executing. Not all of us are going to be at the top of the sport but we can master what we are good at and get known nonetheless for smaller things, "Don't get in the hook with him", "If he toprolls you, you are done". Take Crazy George, I have watched many an opponent leaving the table with the word bubble over their head, how do you beat that, the answer, some guys have, what did they do. Thats armwrestling at its best. Learn - train - execute!!!!!!!

Size is only a byproduct of having more energy to lift more weight. There is also some water retention. You need to take the stuff with a lot of liquid. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine
