When you raise your arm straight out and then upwards thats flexion of the shoulder.
When you raise your arms backwards thats extension.

There is a pic of Neil hanging round il try and find it. i know David yes hes a beast in the grip strength deparmenti think he was world grip champion in 2004.Do you know him?

try using a 2.5 inch thick handle brian, btw congrats on your performance in vegas.
