On ARM TV Radio Micheal Todd said he was curling over 300lbs ... anyone else care to share what they can do?

I think most of the numbers you here from guys are BS. Not talking about what was posted here but just in general. I talked to one of the best 200 pound lifters in the country and he said he can strict standing hammer curl with 80's and do a strict reverse curl of 150. He also stated he has never been out backloaded by someone his own weight even though people claimed to be doing much more then what is listed above.
Havent there been guys claiming 200+ 1 arm partial hammer curls which would be well above Ryans numbers who is a world champ? I just dont buy it. My 2 cents . . .
My curl strength is horrible but Ill list it anyways. I do hammer curls with 60's for reps and do 115 for a strict reverse curl. For a regular curl Ive done 135 for a couple.

Austin makes a good point when he says alot of numbers that some guys say are B.S.......
but I have seen guys do alot of heavy weights in my time and they don't all pull very well but some do......
I think heavy curls help some and not others....
as a toproller right handed i have to say curls don't really help me....but as a hooker left hand they help me out alot
at this point I am table curling 90lb left and only 75lbs right
ez curl bar I can curl 160lbs.....

Good poundages guys. I am doing hammer holds on a 45 degree preacher with 110lbs for about 20-25 sec.

Couple Things: 1) By way of introduction, my name is Jeff Hodgkinson, live in Mesa, AZ (just outside Phoenix) and was born in Hamalton, Ontario. Took up training with the Phoenix Arms team about ~14 months ago. I'm 50 years old, 6'5", and weight ~360lbs. I plan to enter all Grand Master's tournaments as possible. 2) I don't believe a 300 lb curl as it's too much weight to balance. I've heard guys doing 150lb hammer curls but never in my 37 yrs of lifting have I seen it or close and I've known/seen alot of strong guys. I'd say M. Todd weighs ~220-40lbs so curling 300lbs - I'd have to see it - human body physiology just can't support it - 200 lbs I'd believe...JGH

I just started checking out this forum, I'm from winnipeg, it's pretty cool so i thought id add in some specs to join u others!!
55lbs per arm concentration curls, no back movement at all, no leveraging. (3x10) 125lbs preacher curls full flex, no partial sets at all, no leveraging no back movement(3x10) 70lbs cable hammer curls standing on a box no back movement or leverage (3x10), though this is a cable i have no clue what I'd be doing with a dumbell..lol
