0-139 140-156 157-176 177-198 199-231 232+
You still have to provide opportunity for pullers to qualify in the respective Worlds classes which are shown to the right.
For example
55kg, 60kg, and 65kg would qualify under the 0-139lb category
Winner gets 1st pick on which category they want and so on down the line

Hi Will, I like that, and I've supported this idea to great length before, but one change I'd suggest to yours or Rick's system: If you have only an 80kg class at nationals, that should qualify you for the 80kg or 75kg class at worlds; meaning you pull at the high end of the two classes at nationals. If I need to be normally cut to 187lbs to be the best I can be, I could probably armwrestle at 198lbs against everyone (heavier, not lighter at Nationals). I wouldn't cut to a lower weight at Nationals (like 80kg) only to jump a weight class for worlds(like 85kg).

Fixed Jeff, how does that work
I'm still torn on whether it should go 90kg, 100kg, 110kg then 110kg+ classes
It only adds 2 more classes making it 36 classes total, same amount proposed as Rick, just slightly different
Starting at 65kg is a big jump for a 132 puller. 139lb class makes it possible for a 132 to move up and a 143lb'er to move down making things interesting
