Hi Rick... to be honest we just started. It is VERY tough... but a lot of testimonials support this method. At the top level it is 4 minutes of intervals. Check out that site I listed at the bottom of the blog entry. It has a lot more info. Any updates on this Ryan? How many intervals are you doing now? I'm curious because I started it myself 3 weeks ago (you weren't kidding about it being tough!) and didn't notice any improvement in recovery heart rate after the first 2 weeks. This surprised me because I rarely do any cardio so I expected it to improve quickly at first.

Hey Rick... no updates on the intervals. It has fallen to the wayside a bit as I have been experimenting with the boot camp classes I will be offering starting next week.
I do have a client who is doing the intervals and he is someone who does NOT have good cardio. His improvements have been steady and he can now do 2 intervals without slowing down. We are almost ready to add the 3rd interval in there.

FYI... make sure you check for the Ryan at loss challenge on the 17th. I should be in the 320's from almost 360 a few months back.
