Just wanted to say Ryan, I really like the 'What does it take to be a champion?' writeup you did. Tyrrell and I are pretty much guaranteed to practice once a week and Tracey is just healing up and coming back and we have a guy named Jonn who come quite often but not every time. I have seen many many many people come and go and show up Once every 3 months and wonder what they are doing wrong as they used to do better against such and such a person at practice. I have only been training for the sport since end of 2006 and am amazed at how undedicated people can be.
Anyway... Great writeup Ryan. Really liked that one. Keep the site going.

TABATA PROTOCOL... go see the site. Ryan, how long have you been doing this? Have you had good results so far? It sounds good (I think I'm going to try it myself), but I just wonder how effective 160 seconds of exercise will be for fat loss. How often are you supposed to do it?

Hi Rick... to be honest we just started. It is VERY tough... but a lot of testimonials support this method.
At the top level it is 4 minutes of intervals. Check out that site I listed at the bottom of the blog entry. It has a lot more info.
