Thanks a lot Ryan for making this video. Looks like a great workout.
Questions: What kind of movements are you doing with your hand in the Rice pail? How much rice is in the pail?
Where did you get that pulling sled from? Do you use different thicknesses of rope ever?

I had a good description but the video was too long for youtube. Basically you are opening and closing your hand in the rice... squeezing on the close. The bucket is 3/4 full. Your entire hand up to your wrist should be in the rice. The sled is a prowler knock off but pretty well made. I got it from Ultimate Fitness (Canadian Company). www.ultimatefitnessgyms.com/prowler.html I would love to use a thicker rope... but I don't have one and and can't seem to find one that I can justify within my price range. If you know where to find cheap ones please share.

Thanks for the quick replies Ryan. Much appreciated Big Guy.
Pretty sure Terry.P gets cheap THICK rope sometimes. At least I'm pretty sure it was him that gave some or sold some to the Moose Jaw guys.
I will keep my eyes open for when my work throws away thick rope as they do sometimes and if I can I will get you some for free.

Curtis... VERY much appreciated. I will also message TP about it. Let me know if you get some... and keep all you can because I have connections in the strongman world and the stuff they throw away I bet I could make you some money off of.

No worries Ryan. I will talk to some people about it to and see what I can come up with. Would make me happy just helping you out.
Another question for you if you don't mind Ryan, In you video it says you do "2 sets" for the rice bucket exercise but it doesn't say how long you do it for. The exercise intrigues me and I've heard of it before for hand, wrist, forearm strengthening.

Awesome Curtis.
I go until failure... the inability to move my hand on either the flexion or extension phase of the movement within the rice. It pumps your hand and forearms like you would not believe. I always do this exercise as a finisher.

Nice adjustable dumbell, I also like the poster on the wall in the background. Are there any modifications to the dumbell you would like to see for ones I make in the future.
As far as the rope goes we have a chunk here that would be a little thicker then the one your using but I don't think it would be long enough. The one you would want is the one Jason Roy took in MJ it is about the thickness of a beer bottle.

Oooh... yes I would have wanted that one. Keep your eyes peeled.
You should get ahold of Kade and ask him if he would like any changes. The one I have I am pretty happy with. Is there a way to knurl the handle?
