Go with the FBB one... it is a lot better made and smoother. It has bearings where the RT handle is a plastic sleeve over steel... there is some friction there.

I want to order these rolling thunder as well. Does anyone have any recommendations for which diameter is best for working out with (I see 2", 2.5",3" on the FBB website)? I plan to use this with a cable weight setup in armwrestling type of motion.

I want to order one and train both my open hand strength and my crappy deadlift.

Seems like most of my opponents, have hands the size of catchers mitts!

I know what you mean Mat (Lee Saitz)!
Thanks Ryan, makes sense, as even 2.5" diameter seems huge now that I think about it. Actually the more I think about it, maybe a fabricated piece 2" in diameter with a lug sticking off of it that you could tie a cable to. I'm thinking it would twist your hand open, and maybe even put torsion into the forearm. It could have a couple of tie points to make it adjustable for different workouts.
