CRUSHER WRIST CURL 90 x 20 90 x 15 90 x 13 90 x 11
**The CRUSHER is a revolving deadlift handle from Fat Bastard Dumbbell Company and it is much nicer than the Rolling Thunder. It has bearings which make it move way smoother.**
CRUSHER REVERSE CURLS (superset with regular wrist curls) 30 x 13-50 30 x 12-35
WRIST HAMMER (with the weight to the underside of my hand, levering up) 10 x 17 10 x 13

Aug 13 - 19
Get diet on track and do 30 min. per day on the Airdyne. On August 15 I should get the green light not only to return to work, but also to get back to regular training.
August 20
Start training like I did before the "Moose Jaw Incident" in order to get ready for Vegas.

August 15... clearance granted... for September 1. Until then I am going back to SOMEWHAT normal training... I just have to use a 3 fingered grip on my left hand and should only do pressing movements with my leverage machine as I can grip it without putting pressure on the break. This is progress and I am happy with it.
Being ready for Vegas will be tight... but doable I think. Lots of eating and supplementation to get some muscle back on.

Good to have you back and looking forward to reading your workout log again. I blew out my knee playing slow pitch softball of all things and am in the process of scheduling surgery. Good luck!
