How many members train grip or forearms, to supplement their AW? Do you use grippers, barbell curls or levering a sledge hammer?

Cool. I like to warm-up with some COC or BB grippers, then hit the grip machine hard and then finish with some sledge levering. Have you found any specific exercise best for AW? I heard mention of curls with an RT or using a grip machine. Thanks! ;D

Besides Table time with Good pullers......Of course
I would say Towel over knuckle rolls and grippers (used with a bent over wrist) have helped me the most.

Curtis how much weight are you using on the towel over knuckles lift? This is an exercise Im going to hit hard after the irish games tournament in 2 wks.
grippers with a bent wrist are tough as well. Im forced to use a store bought gripper for these.

My heaviest set of towel over knuckle rolls is 50 Lbs. and that is with very good form and control. only for like 8 reps though.

I do wrist curls (regular and sometimes reverse) sledge hammers and levers (just started) hammer curls (full range, partials and statics) hangs or chins with 2 and/or 3 inch grips holds on the preacher bench standing dumbell holds for time I think that is about it... if I remember more I'll post.

With one hand, hold a 12 pound sledge by the end and hammer a tire. Try to slow or stop the head of the hammer, just before it touches rubber. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dRNSryzK18
