Yeah, the guy doing them is a strong monster. His name is Morgan (we call him Maidenfan). I think he lives in Portland, OR.

I think there are 2 ways to do them as well. One way is over your knuckles in front of your fist and this hits the brachs hard. Or you can put the towel more over the back of your hand to hit rotation as well. Looking forward to the vid!

I'm No professional but I will do a quick vid anyway. I should be able to get it posted in the next couple of days. I'm just doing them the Way Ryan explained them to me and they work great, I have noticed a BIG difference on the table especially when it comes to toprolling out of somebody's hook.
