Alright Ryan, I just didn't want to intrude.
My main reason for loosing all that weight is that I feel I will do better in a lighter weight class.
I'm not a very strong guy to begin with but I do cary alot of fat on my 6'1" frame and if I can drop a weight class then I might actually stand a chance of placing top 2 in the circuit tournaments in 2007.
Even now Everybody is saying how much healthier I'm looking.
As it stands now I really have no chance of placing top 2 because of guys like Kade and Tyrell and Terry.P who are lightyears ahead of me in technique and strength so my chances of placing top 2 are slim to none for several years to come and that's just for Saskatchewan. I'm fully aware that there are Tons more people that can walk all over me.
I'm not aware of many people in Saskatchewan that can walk on me like the big boys do that are in the 198 Lb class except for Kayne. I'm sure there are others but He is the only one that comes to mind.
Sure it will be hard to maintain such a low weight but I am doing it in a smart way by maintaining a fairly high protein intake and even taking in sufficient carbs to keep me training with lots of energy left in the tank, At the end of practice I'm just begging people to pull against me. That shows me that I'm still very very healthy as I stand now.
I rarely cheat on my diet and am getting in all the nutrients required.
I'm taking my time with this diet and that is why it is taking so long. I'm not doing like some poeple do wich is stop eating for the most part and train like a mad person and try to loose all the weight in a month or two.
Now.....here comes an interesting part.
If I get down to where my fat level is very low and I'm still a ways off from 198 then I will NOT force myself burn off muscle. I will just have to suck it up and take a beating in the Heavy weight class for however many years it takes and see where it takes me.
I'm Not in the mindset that I have to be 198 or Nothin....
Hope this helps to explain some things.

why do you want to get so low? how tall are you? will you be "small" at that weight? My main reason for loosing all that weight is that I feel I will do better in a lighter weight class.
