I take 1000mg of it daily and Lakota which also contains a bit of Glucosamine. I am wondering if it is actually effective? I would also like to know what Glucosamine is suppose to do either than it 'being good for your joints.'

I supplement with glucosamine sulfate pills. Without them I can't even go for a jog without my left knee hurting so bad that I have to walk.
I am amazed at the difference they make. If I got off them for 2 weeks my knee is all messed up again.

cheap...
Basically, among other things... it promotes synovial fluid production within the joint capsule as well as helps cartilage stay healthy.

you have to take it for at least 2-6 weeks before you noticie any difference usually... that can vary by the person
and glucosamine won't make you do well at nationals. letting yourself heal and pulling well, will make you 'do good' at nationals.
don't reply 'haha'
