In my armwrestling career I have never taken supplements seriously other than Beer. ;D To be frank I haven’t even taken protean. I have taken Glucosemine and will continue. What should a puller take? And how much? I have heard before, 1 gram of protean per body pound. Is that right? Holly cow that’s a lot of protean. I'm just starting to eat clean during the week and actually do some lifting. Any and all suggestions and conversation related to supplements and diet is what Im seeking. What’s good, bad, over priced or worthless! What do you take and why? As you can tell I’m not very educated in these things. Thanks

I'm actually a bodybuilder switching over to Armwrestling and I find the same supplements help with both sports as far as strength gains and Recovery are concerned.
Besides Glucosamine (for joints) and Protein powder (for strength and recovery), I also take Purple K (Very strong and functional Pill version of creatine. As well as an NO2 product (I use Nitroxy 3). That and a good diet of at least 6 meals a day makes a huge difference.

Brian... currently I use: ISS multi-vitamin / multi-mineral Optimum Nutrition Protein Shakes with Glutamine added. ISS BCAA's Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM Vitamin C And a baby Asprin every day. Occasionally I will use some form of stimulant during training. I do sometimes use creatine before a competition and have used tribulus, and some pro-hormones in the past.

Lakota Glucosamine Sulfate 1000mg flax seed oil 1000mg
Ryan, you don't have to worry about taking Vitamin C in pill form. Its added in pretty much any kind of juice. I have actually wondered if Glucosamine does anything. Where are you Brian?

No... I meant what I said... it was in response to:
"Ryan, you don't have to worry about taking Vitamin C in pill form. Its added in pretty much any kind of juice."
