Hey Brian: Like I said today in practice, you weigh 270# and with your frame pack on 40# more, be a monster, and easily come in the top 5 NA rankings from 11/12th. Allen's got a good plan and protien, vitiamins, and progressive regular weight training for the whole body will get you results quickly as you've really never seriously lifted. BTW CAWF readers - Mr. Bylbie is coming on strong. Giving him some side pressure today with both arms for exercise, it was all I could do to hold on and keep both my feet on the ground... and I weight 380# JGH

I don't think there is a such thing as EASILY coming in the top 5 NA rankings. That being said... I wish him luck and hope to try and snag that 11/12th spot away from whoever has it when I am ready again. I think I will try to pack on another 40lbs too... show up at 360lbs. Now if only I could pack on all that weight as muscle... and localized in my arms.

Hey Ryan: As one Canuck to another ... if you ever get to Phoenix you are welcome to stay with us as my guest and we'll get the PA team together for a workout in honor of your visit. Interesting to see how you and BB would do and it would make great video for the PA website. We had an awesome 3 hr practice last Sunday...we're all getting 'fired up' here in the hot weather. Everyone would greatly benefit from your knowledge and experience. You know how to get in touch with me JGH

30-40 #'s . I don’t think that will ever happen! My jeans hardly fit now! ;D I will do my best to try to crawl up them rankings! Honestly IM honored just to be mentioned in that group! Furthermore IM not to sure I deserve to be on that list. Ryan, hopefully we can hook up on the table some day. I look forward to it! You are a gifted athlete and it would be an honor to compete against you!

Thanks Brian.
From what I saw of the Vegas event... you deserve your ranking. Very intense... looked like you totally threw August off his game.

I don't think that August ever saw me comming! I hit him out of left field. He is a very strong person and if he could have gotten that hook in he may have pulled my whole body over the table ;D ;D.

C'mon down... ditto the comment we'd all be honored to pull with you...I'm told there are two types of pullers, practice and tournament. My observation is BB is in a 3rd class called 'emotive'. He gets fired up and his strength increases proportionally like the comic book 'Hulk'...when I arrived in Vegas I 1st ran into him in the casino before the finals and it was like watching a 'pocket steam train' grunt up and down the hallway....I swear I saw smoke coming out his ears JGH
