What do you guys do for the top of the wrist strength needed for posting/toprolling? I use a sledge type movement and am curious if you guys are doing to strengthen this area. Thanks in advance,

Wrist hammer / sledge hammer... but mostly static holds. Brach racks or using a towel over your knuckles to hang the weight from will help with this.

so you prefer static holds using the brach racks or the towel over the knuckles? Static movements do seem to make more sense with this aspect of wrist strength since this is whats going on in a match. Thanks buddy

I do both. I do seem to lose some strength in the top of my wrist when I am not doing brach rack.

I know Devon does it with the towel around his knuckle, he does a considerable amount of weight.

What is a "considerable amount of weight"? Just curious.

I would be curious what Devon and others have done full range with the towel over the knuckles. I messed with these awhile back and liked them but for some reason I got away from them. Ill definitely be adding these back in.

Eric Roussin told me he can do a 200lbs partial, i.e. lifting the weight a few inches off the ground.

I would post some pics but cant at the moment. Maybe Espey will post a pic. I did these tonight and cant figure out why I ever quit them. I dont know about how much others are doing but Im good for about half of what I can hammer curl so I need to really bring these up. They feel very similar to pulling as well.
