Anybody have a picture or good description of this towel over the knuckles thing. I'm very interested in what this is.

I am not doing any armwrestling training at the moment so the chances of me putting up a picture are slim. Austin maybe you or someone else could?

Hi Austin and fellow pullers
This might sound a little old fashion, but one thing I've learned from pulling against some of the best pullers in the world is you develop wrist and hand control by arm wrestling better than any other workout.
That being said, try to re-create the same positions with what ever training you choose.
Order of Training:
1: Pulling with pullers that challenge your strengths 2. LifelineUSA cables 3. A wide rubber band that can roll comfortably over my hand. 4 Weight Training that works all the different muscles, not a specific muscle.

Thanks for the pic Ryan.
Am I correct in assuming it is for both hammers and wrist curls? Also is the "towel" just a variation or does it offer something different?
