I can't believe I missed this thread. It would be a pleasure to make it up to visit you guys this year.
There is something to be said to keeping the tournament respectable for potential sponsors or what not BUT at the same time....having a fun after party is definitely a draw.
some of my most memorable moments of tournaments happen after the tournament...IE...my experiences in Tokyo, Poland, and Arnolds....uh...Rockhill.
It doesn't matter what you do exactly...just do something. When a tournament just ends and everyone disappears...that is a bummer.
I love armwrestling and NEVER want the experience to end...so any chance to get to continue the experience is a plus...
Tug o War and Food are even better!!

Hey Simon... what level ref are you? There might be an opportunity here if you were planning on coming anyways. Of course that is up to Keith.

Is there a level below dumbsh!t?
Thank you very much but I don't ref, other than just filling in on the downside a couple of matches I only did it once for an entire event, about 4 matches in I wanted to go home.
It is a thankless job beyond my skill set, admittedly the event I did was mostly out of the crowd novices which is probably why it was so bad.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for people willing to put on the stripes, it is too tough of a job for me. So if it is all the same I may just come up have a couple of pints and enjoy the show. ;D
