We still have a number of months before the Canadian Championships happen in Kelowna. Last time they were held there we had a houseboat tour set up for those who wanted to go. I was wondering if anybody had any other suggestion to make this a great event to attend this year. It would be great to see a big party happen afterwords like the one we had in Springfield for the World Championships. Anybody want to due the houseboat thing again? A big BBQ after down on the beach? What about a DJ and a dance area ... Should with see if we can leave the tables up for some good pulling afterwords as well?
Throw out your suggestions ... I will gladly let Keith know .... it sounds like the town of Kelowna wants this event and willing to make it a time to remember.

Kelowna is always a great time and the after parties there are ones to be remembered. Just being able to have that room that Keith normally does will be enough for me. I am definitely up for the houseboat thing again.

Do you happen to know any of the details about the Canadians, Ryan? I just want to know a rough date of when they are being held. Thanx.

A few... but the great thing about Canadians is that it is on the same weekend every year. Labour Day Weekend. The Masters, Youth, etc. are on the Saturday, the open class is always on Sunday. In Kelowna, BC. I should be able to answer any other questions you have so fire away.

You would have to get down to 242lbs to make the lower weight class. The heaviest class is 243lbs & over.

This should be a warm up for Kelowna to host the Worlds in 2008. I lke the house boat tours as they are always great. If there are too many participants we go do the beach BBQ with a dance and spirits.....
