You know I am just playing with you right Chris, we all know the size of your arm has very little to do with how well you pull. Though weight training is important and so is practice table time, for me I think you get the most significant advances in your ability the more you compete. Bruce Lee once commented to the effect that you do not train to become a world champion sprinter by jogging a mile. I am certainly not getting after you for asking those questions on ArmTV, if anything as I went looking for those photos I thought a lot about how I used to train years ago and that night I had one of the best workouts I have had in a long time, it felt good to train like that again. Here are some photos of me from that evening I was 162. Keep pulling Chris that is what it will take to get better. Simon
