Mike ... I just want to thank you once again for hosting and putting on this great annual event. Every year it just keeps getting better and tougher! Its great to see how many great pullers we have in Canada ... as well as see the "great ones" come up from the States.
Us guys from the West had a great time and it looks like we faired pretty good with just the 5 of us who were pulling. I hope a lot of pullers consider coming out to our Best in the West event now to see what the Western side of Canada has to offer for pullers as well.
It was great to see new faces and old faces once again in the 154 pound class .... having Paul Belluz, Aubin, Perry, Joey and many more in the class made the class very challenging. Look forward to seeing you all at the Canadians again.
Thanks to my bud across the border Simon .... He sent $400 towards the womens classes for additional prize money. Good on ya.. mate! Missed you at the event!
We are still in Toronto ... and spent the day in Niagara Falls .... great place to see ... and lots to do!
Well ... other than that ... thanks to everyone who made it and all those who made the event run so smooth. Thanks to ArmTV as well for being there.... so that this event can be seen by others around the world as well.

Congrats Vern, sounds like you were in the proper form at this event and from the sound of that group in the 54's I am sure I feel a lot better today than I would had I been at the Gould this weekend.
Sorry all for not making it but work just got in the way, I am really looking forward to watching it on ArmTV.

Mike,
I too want to thank you for the fantastic event. Well worth the trip and effort. Wow every match was top notch. And I second everything Vern has said as well.
Thanks for putting together another AWESOME event. I will look forward to making out next year if timing permits.
Cheers

Thanks Simon .... and like I said we missed you at this event. The strength of all these guys in the 154 pound class was fantastic .... and I certainly enjoyed pulling with a lot of them afterwords as well. I have a lot of work to do before Vegas and still deciding if I should go in the open 54 class or just stay in the masters class. My arm is snapping and cracking like you wouldn't believe .... I think I should be listening to it and give it a break.
Its guys like John Brzenk and Ron Bath that make me want to continue to keep trying to compete with you younger guys ... but that seems to come with a price on the old arm. It is great to see so many new guys doing so well now and moving though the ranks like yourself. My hat is certainly off to you guys for your commitment and dedication to the sport and wanting to become one of the best.
Simon ... that was a very great thing you did for the womens class. I sure hope a lot more people thank you.
Aaron, Anthony and Del .... Fantastic job representing our West side of Canada!

Thanks Simon ... my arm is not what it used to be but it did the trick at Mike Gould's. I would have like to see my match with Jacque restart again ... he had some good pressure that caused my elbow to pop up a bit on the hit. I felt I had control for the follow thru of pinning him but Jacque's hand slipped out near the pad. I did give Jacque a chance afterwords to see what he could do with my arm ... so that he could be satisfied with my win over him. It was great to pull with all the 154's from back east ... lots of great pullers and up coming champions. It was great to hear how much they watch ArmTV and check out the many tournaments that you and I have been at. It has certainly been a good ride and a pleasure to meet so many cool people in this sport.
Looking forward to Vegas now ... although I might just pull Masters .... my arm is in bad shape right now ... time to heal is needed and long over due after so many big events. Look forward to seeing you down there .... I will be there from Thursday to the following Wednesday.
As far as arm size compared to Chris .... you are bigger ... sorry Chris ... but your getting there.
