Some high lites.
Devon of course won the supermatch, 3-1, I think that was already posted, but it was amazing.
Western Canada had a wicked showing, almost swept the 187 right class. 1st,2nd,4th. George dropped out, and I don't know what happened to Denis.
John Brzenk and Travis Bagent are basically from a different planet. It was awesome to have them there. Travis beat Earl easily in the left. I know Travis is wicked, but that really surprised me how easy he beat Earl.
Paul Belluz was in unstoppable in the 54's.
Approximately 150 entries.
Long day, lots of excitement.
Can't wait for the armtv footage.

Sooo... Anthony flashed George and George dropped out?? That is what I have been hearing. I also heard this was a decision fueled by drustration that he later regretted.
Crappy thing about being considered the best... everyone is gunning for you.
I knew Paul was making his return at this event... I guess I am just surprised that he was that strong after being away so long. Maybe the rest is all he needed. ;)Great to have him back as well as Jason Dubray.

thanks everyone! Troy it was awesome to talk to you after the event and discuss training etc. I look forward to nationals this year also, if it's anything like the Mike Gould Classic it should be an awesome tournament. Thanks Mark, Steve, and Collin, I can't wait to train with you guys soon. The truth is the 187 pound class was stacked with unbelievable arm wrestlers, on any other day the results could have been different.
