The tournament was great ...there were competitors here from BC, Fort McMurray South to Okotoks. The biggest classes where the novice classes. The Queen "E" 2 was not the nicest to get here and Edmonton got hit with a snow storm the night before. Thanks to all the competitors that did come out to the event at the University of Calgary and especially to the referees Patrick Rehill, Fraser Beniot and Gord Squire and to our emcee for the day Doug Rue. No Women...what's Up with That... We had great media coverage both from the Calgary sporting media to the University sporting media. Below are the results: Novice Right 0-165 1. Garry Kell 2. Nic Sutyk 3. Allen Lee Novice Right 166-199 1. Pacer Wilson 2. Nikolay Bukharn 3. Dale Burton Novice Right 200 & Over 1. Pacer Wilson Novice Left 0-165 1. Garry Kell 2. Danial Clarke 3.
