Any Albertan may compete at Nationals. There is no need to qualify at Provincials or even attend Provincials. This will ensure that Alberta sends the biggest team possible to Nationals!

I thought there was a CAWF bylaw that all Provinces must have a Provincials to qualify to go to Nationals, just curious if this has changed

What Jeff is talking about is that you don't have to place in the top two at provincials to be allowed to compete at Nationsls

This is kind of unfair, as I have to attend BC provincials or pay a bye fee in order to attend nationals. Same goes with Ontario. Not sure how you guys can forgo attendance at provincials in alberta without a bye fee (unless you are charging everyone not in attendance the fee) and still allow pullers to attend nationals. just my two cents.
