Good interview Nate! I hear ya about all the new-guy heroes who think they're sooooo great, having zero experience. They usually never come back after they can't smash everyone at practice I find.

Hahaha yeah I'm glad you enjoyed the interview, it was awesome being on Craig's show...

it happens SOOOOO often, we had a guy show up to practice that told me he was going to be the next 205lb champion, I told him he's gotta be RVJ first for that, and he said no problem. NO PROBLEM!? 3 weeks after his first practice ever he's still texting me asking me what he can do to make the pain in his arms go away. I told him, "next time check your ego at the door and I'm sure your arms wouldn't still hurt this bad". I'm all about helping people learn and helping the sport grow, but sometimes you just gotta show them what it takes to be more then a bar room hero
