BC - April 6 - attendance qualifies for nationals Alberta - posted results - top three qualify for nationals Saskatchewan - May 3 - the land of quick healing! - attendance qualifies for nationals Manitoba - posted results - attendance qualifies for nationals Nova Scotia - posted results - attendance qualifies for nationals
Perhaps, I've missed something, as I took only a quick look, but ...
Are other provinces holding provincial tournaments?
If so, how do their residents qualify for nationals (i.e. who might be going)?
If not, how do their residents qualify for nationals (i.e. who might be going)?

Quebec - April 19th. Anyone who registers, refs or participates in draw sheet qualifies for nationals. This year we are even opening our doors to Peurto Ricans and homosexuals.

Ontario has moved its Provincials to the fall. For this year's Nationals, anyone who competed in an OAA sanctioned event has qualified, making the possible list of attendees quite long.
