I would rather see less ref's grips and more matches.
I like 60 sec because most of the time people are set by then.
"get a grip or take a warning".

Thirty seconds seems a little short, but why would anyone really care about 30 seconds or 60 seconds? Obviously better organization of tourneys and the assembling of a class about to pull will speed up events.
