Dave Marracco, #10 ranked unlimited right in the US is challenging Shawn Ross #9 in Canada to a best 3 out of 5 right handed match for $500USD on September 28 in Bangor Maine. Let me know!! Hey Nate, Not sure if anyone has let you know, but there is a tournament scheduled for 1 week after yours here in Nova Scotia. Not sure what kind of turnout from the Maritimes oyu will be getting. I had talked to Mr. Pickney and he was saying there could be a chance that NS event could be pushed back a week or two so a big team of Maritimes guys and gals could come down. At the end of the day, I'm trying to improve armwrestling in the Northeast and want to get as many people involved as I possibly can. We hold some great tournaments in Maine and never have any Canadian representation--and I'm sure the same could be said about the Canadian tournaments and having us New Englanders show up...I'd like to break that wall down and have more crossovers. It's always great to see new faces at tournaments. Hopefully Shawn accepts the challenge and a bunch of NS and New Brunswick guys and girls show up--if not--theres always next time, but it never hurts to try. Nate |

There was no moving the tournament. Too many things had already been put in place.
