Hey John,

I seen Allen pull at the MGC thanks to the live stream. He is awesome for sure and I think he has improved tons from his days back in the 90s. Sylvain is supernatural almost and has never lost one match at the Nationals that I know of since the 90s. It would freak me out if anyone the same weight or lighter beat him any arm in Canada. He is also quite the gentleman if you can communicate with him. I have never heard him say a derogatory remark about anyone and has always encouraged everyone with his positive comments at tournaments. He is passionate about armwrestling like many in the AW community but his schedule and family life have always usually come first. I admire him a lot.

Haha, thanks Conrad. I'm in better shape now, I've actually started working out again. I'm looking forward to seeing you and Slayer in the finals (lefty).
