No way that Allen beats Sylvain. He has come along way over the last few years but speed will not beat Sylvain. I have only seen Sylvain flashed once by Tom Nelson left handed and that was many years ago. Power and speed are two different things and Sylvain has POWER! June 1st will be power and speed but Sylvain will have to be speedy against Mike.

Marcio beats Sylvain... with a move very similar to Allen. Marcio told me he's never lost to Sylvain and he doesn't even feel him when they pull. It's a matchup thing. I've seen Sylvain's wrist go before and Al is putting a whole lotta torque there. I'm not saying Al will beat him, but I'll tell you what, if Sylvain isn't 100% he's in for some trouble.
We see crazy things happen all the time because of how people match up. I really think this could be one of them. I'm not sure when the last time you watched The Hitman compete Mr. Roberts, but I can assure you he's not the same guy. He's made some great improvements.
The Hitman isn't just speed either, he pulled Christian Benard slow and toyed with him at an Arm Melter not long ago. Word out of the Quebec camp is that Christian beats Sylvain if it goes inside. I don't know how true it is but I can believe it.

It really depends on the shape of Sylvain. I know he's not always consistent with his training. Just imagine how good he'd be if he was.

In a slow hook on a practice table, Christian has been able to put Sylvain down recently. However, on a ready go it's a completely different ball game.
