I recently moved back home to a very small town, villiage you could even call it I guess lol. I currently have no weights or gym near by to train. I have resistance bands, and live near a play ground with lots of bars and ropes etc. Wondering if anyone has any tips how to train with the bare minimum equipment. ?

The playground sounds like an awesome training tool... tons of variations of chin ups, climbing etc. You should check out some of the videos made by Zach Even-Esh about this particular subject. www.youtube.com/user/ZEvenEsh?feature=chclk
