i just started doing regular floor presses again to help my log press and axle pres lock outs a bit and i love them. but these look like more fun, although a bit more set up and you need some people to hand off the weight. i was thinkintheother day id like to use DB's for floor press's but our YMCA's DB's top out at 110's. this seems like a great sub

My thinking is whats wrong with good ol dumbells. Some gyms just don't have dumbells heavy enough besides, it would be easy to change the plate load doing it this way.
