Hey Hughe- can people in Ontario go and pull in that tourney? Or is it just Quebecers who have qualified?

No Jeff only people who live within a Province can compete at their Provincials torunament. Other then that it's a free for all where you choose to travel to tournament wise within Canada, but i've heard of people travelling to U.S. tournaments that are State Championships and are allowed to participate.

Up until last year, non-Quebecers could compete at the Quebec Provincials. However, this year it is a closed event -- only Quebec residents can compete.

Is this tournament open to everyone? If so, how do I register?
