so that pain in my right hand right above my wrist inbetween the pinkie and ring finger is back.. if i squeeze my hand with even a slight amount of pressure it hurts alot more then before..
last time the doc said it was nothing and to just take it easy on it for a bit.. but to be honest it never really went away..
its also starting in my left now too.. any ideas? maybe my body getting used to pulling alot more?

Laser therapy Like Ryan said it's probably strained tendons or ligaments.. entirely possible that it's an intrinsic ligament off one of the carpal bones.. if it's happening in both hands now you're probably just not used to the added stress and it will eventually pass.
