I had almost sworn off chiropractors after some bad experiences but I tried a new one yesterday and I was very impressed. The first thing he worked on were my wrists. There were bones out of place in each. My left feels GREAT... is it possible that he did in ten minutes what specialists at a sports clinic could not do in a year?
Massage, chiropractic, physio, accupuncture... I will use them all... free. God bless my health plan at work. ;D
Anyone else use these services? Opinions?

I am allowed 500.00 per year for chiro. I know that my hip is way out of place and has been for awhile but have not been to one in a couple of years (also bad experience). Who did you go to and was it in Wpg. or Portage?? I may consider going back if I know someone is good.

I like to get a massage every couple weeks at a school in my town $20 for 1 hour of massage and its well worth it an more. I mostly get just my back shoulders because of the work i do over my head crackfilling but they will do full body. I find it really helps with all my aches an pains.

I see a chiro when I need. I don't believe regular crackings are beneficial. That just makes room for movement. I used to see Dr. Reg Marsintkui, (pretty sure I butchered his last name), in Prince Albert. Him and Fred Roy were the first to hold an A/W tourny in P.A. at the winter games. Very cool. The guy was amazing. Woke up one morning with a headache, which I usaully don't have. 5 days later and 2 hospital trips, I went to see Dr. Reg. He felt my neck and asked when I had a head injury. I had severely concussed myself 2 years prior to that visit. 10 minutes later I left with no headache.
Just months ago I developed testicle pain. After 2 weeks of doctors doing things to me that I'm still not O.K. with, the chiro fixed that too. Referal pain from pinched nerves in my back.
There is this massage/magnet/reflex guy in Stoon that is out of this world. Wayne Smith. He has been at touny's before. I think his son or nephew pulled. He made my grip stronger in minutes with his massage and magnets. He's $90 smackers an hour, but wow. God Bless work health plans. Amen.
