Figured I would start a new training log with my recently revamped training methods and routines incorporated.
- I won't mention my cardio workouts anymore since I'm not really allowed to and I will try to use more "Manly" weight since apparently I didn't train hard enough or heavy enough for some peoples likings.
- Time for a new beginning, More heavy lifting and less talky talky.

Practice at Tyrrells place. Practice lasted for about an hour and half and we had an amazing turnout. Creating a message board for Team Saskatoon has really helped get the team organized and has led to having more people show up at practice. Board is at: skarmwrestling.proboards104.comfor those that have no idea what I'm talking about. People who showed up: - Tyrrell - Tracey - Justin - John - Richard - Myself We worked on lots of technique with the newer members and my wrists were good enough to start toprolling and that's exactly what I focused on at practice. My wrists held up surprisingly well with just some minor discomfort when toprolling Tyrrell left arm. Great workout.

Day after practice and pretty sore through the shoulders and lats and obviously in the biceps, Forearms, wrists, and hands.
Lots of Ice and rest combined with some Table time with Inner Tubes (bicycle tire tubes) movements. Loosens up all the tensed up muscles and helps me recover faster and combining that with Liquid glucosamine I have eliminated all inner elbow soreness for some time now.
Tomorrow I should be recovered enough to hit up some big weight.

Tire tube work on Table ------------------------------- I start with 1 Tire inner tube and warm up really good and then I move to 2 inner tubes and in a hook and toprolling movements. I do this for about 15-20 minutes
Catching exercise with weight on Surgical tubing line ------------------------------------------------------------------- set 1 - 25 Lbs for 15 catches per arm set 2 - 25 Lbs for 15 catches per arm set 3 - 35 Lbs for 10-12 catches per arm set 4 - 35 Lbs for 10 catches per arm
Crusher (Spring with handles on both sides) --------------------------------------------------------- 4 sets of these total 2 sets with underhand grip and 2 sets with Overhand grip - Underhand helps a lot with toproll and overhand helps with hooking.

Took 2 days off to recover as I was feeling a bit weak and run down. I took in LOADS for Protein and nutriets and got lots of rest and I'm good to go again.
Armwrestling Practice tonight.
Good practice. Some soreness and Lack of power at this practice. Didn't feel like I had lots of power to work with compared to other practices. Hmm,
Members who attended practice - Tyrrell - Justin (Left only) - Myself
