3/26 Monday
2" barbell hammer curls 45,65,85,105x5 2.5" rolling handle w/o thumb 100x15 sec. 2.5" rolling handle static wrist curl 55x30 sec. brach rack 15x15 plus static hold, 20x10 *all weight front loaded did some gripper work while at work as well.
The rolling handle is from Fatbastardbarbellco and is alot harder then the rolling thunder. Awesome handle that is all steel as well. Today I just wanted to take some tests to see where Im at on some core lifts. Nothing was 100% as Im still sore from the tourny but it was heavy enough to let me know where Im at.

3/30 grippers up to hg300 for a few sets, #2x20 full range 1-arm hammer curls with strap up to 50xreps, holds etc. brach rach 20lbs 2x10 *weight front loaded brach rack wrist only 8lbs 3x10-30 heavy sledge hammer work 3-4 sets plate loader few sets of high reps in the 80-100 range 2.5" steel rolling handle 100x12
My left wrist is still bothering me and I cant do any wrist curl work. Ill play it by ear and add it in when I can. IM also going to stick with reps on the thick bar work. Lane SNook who has the world record in the rolling thunder trains with reps and recomended them. I need to get a rolling thunder and see where Im at on it. previous pr was 185 or so.

wed 4/4 crush: Isg multiple sets/reps while at work 2.5" 1-hand bb deadlifts 75,95,115,135x1 2.5" 1-hand bb w. curls 45,65,85 did a few lifts and holds with 85 static like Devons vid 2.5" 1-hand bb wrist curls 3x25 45 lbs 2.5" bb reverse curls 45 2x20 brach rack 20 front loaded 2x10
Just did a quick workout as I didnt have much time. Im also going to get a quick pulling practice tommorow. my left wrist is still bothering me but seems to be getting better. The static wrist curls will be done exactly like Devon did in the video just a deadlift with a staticly locked wrist. I also like using a long bar for the 1-handed deadlift and wrist curl work, I have to work harder to stabilize everything. Pretty good 15 min. workout.

Thurs 4/5 Pulling practice with Ryan Phipps. Didnt do much as my left wrist is still beat up. I am getting stronger right handed though which is nice
Sat 4/7 plate wrist curls 25 2x10 standing 1-arm 2.5" static wrist curls 75lbsx20 sec. multiple sets of reps with 45lbs brach rack weight all front loaded 20x15, wrist only 8 2x30
I dont know why more people dont use the brach rack. Its awesome for backpressure work. I especially like doing a full range hammer curl followed by wrist only work.
