www.youtube.com/watch?v=d63gBc6ClQcLooks like some great core strength training. 10 feet of 6" PVC - cut the flange off and glue an end cap on - fill 2/3 with water and glue the other end cap on - add some good wraps of duct tape for extra strength, let dry and enjoy! 6" weighs about 100 pounds. 4" is about 50 pounds. Gravel could be added to make things worse. ;D

I would actually make one of those but I'm living in an apartment right now and just don't have room for it or anywhere to use it.
Looks like a great workout though. you could tell that the guy was getting and amazing Core workout and his arms were getting worked out a lot too.
