I purchased this a couple weeks ago (birthday present to myself). It is a Schwinn Airdyne and it is great for conditioning in particular upper body conditioning. I do 30 min per day and 1 min at the end with just arms. I have no idea why I have not seen these in more health clubs.

About $800. Of course a lot of that is shipping and brokerage fees. They are way more off the Schwinn site... I got mine off Ebay.

Carefull on your conditioning boys, you wouldn't want to loose to much weight as to sacrafice strenght.

Very cool Ryan. I've used those, they are very nice machines. I use something similar to this machine below just not as fancy (6 days a week) as they have one in the gym at my new apartment building:
