This movement is done with a weight machine. Works mostly with chest muscles. The arms on the starting position sort of looks like this l_ o _l and ends like this lol

Yes, I do those after bench/dips with dumbells (105's) and on PEC DECK (whatever it will hold - 350). I use cables too, when available.

I can't find machines with enough weight on them, so I usually just stick to dumbell work or just do dips instead. I wish bench pressing was as easy.

how much do you bench mathew? For a single, maybe 360-370? I usually don't have any assist so I train in the 320-330 for 3 reps range with free weight. On the HAMMER STRENGTH machines, I go all out (no risk of getting pinned). ;D
